1. Overview
We use minimal cookies and browser localStorage. This notice covers both our marketing site (automateaccountants.co.uk) and our dashboard app (app.automateaccountants.co.uk).
2. Marketing Site Cookies
The marketing site uses the following cookies:
Vercel Analytics — anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
Stripe — set only during payment checkout for fraud prevention and secure payment processing. These cookies are not present on non-checkout pages.
No advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or behavioural tracking scripts are present on the marketing site.
3. Dashboard App Storage
The dashboard (app.automateaccountants.co.uk) uses browser localStorage — not cookies — to store the following:

These values are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers except where required to fulfil your request (for example, the credential ID is sent alongside task execution requests).
4. What We Don't Use
Neither the marketing site nor the dashboard uses advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, remarketing pixels, or behavioural analytics that build profiles of your activity.
5. Managing Storage
You can clear localStorage via your browser's Settings → Clear browsing data → Site data / Local storage. Clearing your auth session token will log you out of the dashboard.
You can manage cookies through your browser's cookie settings. Blocking Stripe's cookies during checkout may prevent payment from completing correctly.
